The open-concept layout features a full kitchen, dining and living areas, sunroom (convertible to bedroom), three designated bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry closet, and a large rooftop terrace. Sleeping arrangements include: 3 king beds, 1 twin bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 1 full-sized crib. The community clubhouse with adult and kid’s pools is just a minute’s walk away (open 8am–10pm), and the beach is an easy 3-minute walk or quick golf cart ride. Optional backup power is available for added peace of mind (see “Other Details”). ⸻ Highlights: • Large smart TVs with cable and pre-logged streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max) in all bedrooms and living room. • Fast 400 MB WiFi throughout the unit. • Two brand-new central HVAC systems with Nest thermostats + wall unit in the lanai. • New mattresses, breathable cotton sheets, light-filtering roller shades, and blackout curtains in bedrooms for restful sleep. • Beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys, high chair, baby bath, vacuum, laundry steamer, washer/dryer, crib, and two luggage racks per bedroom available for guest use. ⸻ Room Details: Kitchen: Fully equipped with new French door fridge/freezer (reverse osmosis-filtered water & ice), island seating, new dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee/tea bar, spice drawer, adult and child dinnerware, wine/champagne/cocktail glasses, and large pantry. (Bonus: Fridge and freezer have automatic 10-hour battery backup for blackouts.) Dining Area: Indoor table seats six comfortably. Sunroom: Features stunning views, modular sofa, queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and separate HVAC. Living Room: Spacious sectional sofa, 65” smart TV with Bose speaker, coffee table, and light-filtering roller shades. Laundry: New high-end stackable washer/dryer with detergent pods provided (located in hallway closet). Main Level Bathroom: Double vanity, separate toilet room, tub/shower combo, plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Main Level Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed, smart TV, and closet. • One includes a desk/workstation. • One includes a full-size crib. Upstairs Master Suite: King bed, walk-in closet, cozy nook with twin bed, patio with two Adirondack chairs and stunning views, large smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, and separate toilet room (toiletries and hair dryer provided). Rooftop Terrace: Private rooftop access with 6-person dining table and three sun loungers. Enjoy panoramic views of the golf course, El Yunque Rainforest, gorgeous sunsets, and the starry night sky. Guest access You will have access to the entire property except for a few owner's closets and utility/HVAC closet. Those closets will be locked. Each room has its own closet so there is plenty of storage for guests. Other things to note In case of a power blackout, please contact us to request backup power if power has been off for at least 2 hours. This must be done manually by management, so please allow some time for us to respond. Please note that the backup power can run all HVACs as well as basic appliances such as TVs, lights, electronic device chargers, air fryer, etc. at the same time. However, it cannot power any other items such as stovetop, microwave, hot water, hair dryers, etc.
