Ideal room for working away from home or visiting

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Great views. Near to the seafront and a country park. There are local nature reserves, an abbey and an amazing cake shop. Ideal location for exploring the island as the nearby bus stop takes you to Leysdown where there is a sandy beach, Sheerness with a town centre & another beach and Eastchurch. This is a great location for a single traveller wanting a quiet holiday with lots to see on the doorstep. The space This is a modern house with good insulation and great views. The room has a comfortable single bed. There is a shared living room that also has a dining room table that can be used to eat at. The bathroom is next door to the bedroom. The kitchen is clean and there is a shelf in the fridge for you to use. This is my home so please respect this. Guest access Guest bedroom, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared downstairs toilet and shared lounge and garden. The guest bedroom has Sky TV. There is also a kettle, Tea, Coffee, Sugar & UHT Milks in the room. During your stay I will be here during your stay and am happy to chat or leave you to get on 😃 Other things to note This is an ideal room for a single traveller. There is great WiFi here so this room is ideal if you are working away from home. The room is not set up for babies or young children and is definitely not ideal for parents and a child. I try and be flexible for any travel delays check in is up to 9pm but I would be grateful if you could plan to arrive before 8pm and use the additional time if unavoidable. Quiet times are 10pm until 7am. This is important to note. My dogs awake at 7am or maybe earlier if you are up or there are unusual noises outside. Please do not use the kitchen after 9pm. I am flexible with you arriving back after a wedding or night out and will stay up so the dogs do not disturb the neighbours when you come in if you make these arrangements with me beforehand. However if you have a late night this does not mean the dogs will have a lie in with you 😃 This is a very quiet area and so a late arrival will definitely be noticed by neighbours. My dogs are also happy to have cuddles with you but mostly you will not see them unless you specifically request interaction with them. Please note that checkout is before 10am - this is so I have time to get the room ready for the next guest. If you wish to stay for the day you will need to book that day. The cleaner comes at 8.30am on a Friday so will need access to the room at that time.
