Welcome to your Northern Michigan getaway in this all season home perfect for large families, groups and adventures alike. Enjoy kayaking or fishing on the Au Sable river or one of the many nearby lakes, get your thrills on the thousands of miles of ATV/ snowmobile trails, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. We hope you enjoy the memories made here as much as our family and friends have! The space Open and airy floor plan is full of natural light and welcomeness. Boasting a main level suite with king bed, en suite full bathroom and direct access to the hot tub. Upstairs offers plenty of comfortable sleeping in a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a bedroom with a queen bed and cozy reading corner, and a forth bedroom with a queen bed as well as additional twin mattress if necessary. A full bathroom with stocked linen closet and hot tub towels. Spend some quality time in the living room with a movie on the 65” smart tv. Enjoy the equipped kitchen and dining area then start a family feud over some board games. There is a set of stainless steel pots and pans available for use in the laundry room. We just ask that only people who have experience with stainless steel use them and that they get hand washed only right after use. There is bar keepers friend under the kitchen sink if needed to wash them. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. Enjoy the hot tub, deck with furniture, and fire pit during your stay. Small charcoal grill available (stored in garage). Washer and dryer available. Parking in attached garage. Other things to note This is a non-smoking home. 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests in the garage that you are welcome to use. Plenty of room in the driveway for snowmobile and ATV trailers. Note for wheelchair users: the main floor bathroom and bedroom doors are 26-27 inches wide.
