Other things to note House Guidelines & Important Notes We love hosting respectful guests and aim to keep Peaceful Ponderosa Cabin comfortable for everyone, including our neighbors. No Smoking Indoors Smoking or vaping inside the cabin is strictly prohibited. Arizona is extremely dry, so if you choose to smoke outside, please fully extinguish and dispose of materials safely. A $350 remediation fee will be charged for any indoor smoking. Dogs Welcome Up to two dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee applied at booking. • Please keep pets off furniture • Do not leave pets unattended unless kenneled • Waste bags are provided by the front door • A pooper scooper is available in the backyard We provide dog beds for your convenience. No Parties or Events This is a quiet residential neighborhood and not a party property. • Minimum renter age: 25 • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests • Noise complaints or unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation and a $350 fee We truly value the peaceful environment that makes this home special. Cleanliness If excessive cleaning is required beyond standard turnover, additional charges may apply. Noise & Safety Monitoring The property includes a Minut device that monitors noise levels, temperature, and occupancy patterns. It does not record audio and is not a camera. It simply helps us ensure a comfortable stay and protect neighborhood relationships. Climate Note Mountain homes can experience temperature swings during peak winter and summer months.
