The space A beautiful sprawling villa offering incomparable views of the Caribbean Sea is located on the Vigie Peninsula, 10 minutes from the capital of St. Lucia, Castries. Marvin Villa faces north west and lovely sunrise views can be enjoyed from this vantage point. At times the waves crashing onto the sand can be heard from the Villa. The competitive advantage of this Villa at Vigie, is that it is only 2 minutes walking distance from Vigie Beach, a 5 mile stretch of golden white sandy beach. The Villa itself is unique in design; split level and boast 2 large sprawling patios ideal for outdoor entertainment and offering the scenic views of the sea. A lovely large undulating garden full of flora and fauna compliments the villa. A salt water swimming pool is an added attraction. The Villa is perched on 1 acre of land The villa is a bungalow with 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a charming alcove with a settee and a coffee table and a television. Lots of cupboard space. Bathroom en-suite equipped with a shower a The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom All bedrooms have AC units. There is a back verandah from which all the bedrooms have access which lead onto a Large dining room and breakfast nook combined. There is a 1 bed cottage adjacent to the villa which is rented separately. The dining room flows into the living room which is cosy equipped with 2 sectional sofas and comfortable cushions and a television. Even from here the aquamarine Caribbean Sea is visible. The kitchen is modern equipped with all the necessary appliances, microwave electric kettle, stove and fridge Maids quarters adjacent to the kitchen and the laundry room equipped with a washer and drier. There is a covered garage below the house Good security:- the property is gated with electronic entrance gates. Burglar alarm system is installed and security cameras on the premises and good neighborhood patrols. 3 minimum stay required for bookings Our dedicated staff ensures a carefree stay inclusive of housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance PRIVATE CHEF OFFERED specializing in authentic Caribbean recipes and has great reviews. If you stay at the Villa for a week, the host will pay for the chef to prepare 1 meal and the guest will be responsible for the payment of the groceries. Charles Airport, facilitating regional flights throughout the Caribbean . Guest access Located on property is a 3BR villa with a detached self-contained cottage. Please note that if you have not rented the cottage it will be off limits to the villa guests. Each dwelling has their own private entrance and access to the pool. This property is perfect for groups and comfortably houses 6 adults in the villa and 2 adults in the cottage comfortably. Charles Airport, facilitating convenient access to domestic flights and the occasional sight of small planes and helicopters gracing the Caribbean skies. The air traffic typically commences from 8AM to 7PM, averaging around 6 flights daily.
