This house has an open floorplan concept where your family and friends can enjoy conversations and spend time together whether you are sitting in the kitchen, dining room, or family room, you all can see each other in one very spacious space. Big brand-new dining table for 8 people, big island in the kitchen, oversized sink, electric cooktop, beautiful new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker + a drip / filter coffee maker, and a blender is also available. Oversized new sectional sofa in the family room for you to enjoy gathering with your loved ones. Premium furniture and mattresses in all bedrooms as well as premium washer and dryer. An extended deck in the rear with table and chairs and more chairs readily setup for your family and friends gathering outdoor for a BBQ, or just simply sit and take in the fresh sea air. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.  Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens. Parking 2 cars inside the garage plus 2 cars in the drive way. There are additional guest parking lots available across from the community house. Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.   Tidal Walk Community The community has a walking pathway and Community Pool with Clubhouse. Only 1.5 miles to Bethany Beach and shopping/dining areas for your enjoyment. Cleaning Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter. Outdoor Monitoring The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes. COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our home. We are the exclusive agents for this home.
