Close to Highway 403 and Queens Elizbethway (QEW). Minutes away from an old city walk of at Ontario lake The space LockBox code issued to you for the unit key for your stay before your arrival. *One Parking Space (We will send you the picture where to park, separate parking for your car) *Super High Speed Internet (Wifi Password will be message) *45" Smart Tv with Fire TV (Guest to use their accounts) *Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (oil, Salt, Pepper) *Complimentary Tea & Coffee *Board games including: Scrabble, Chess, Monopoly, etc *Fresh Linens & Towels *Cozy Blankets *Bathroom fully stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner & Toilet Paper *Queen Sized Bed in one room and two Single beds in another room * 1 single compact mattress available for 5th guest (if need bed) *Large Closets in each room *Air conditioning (Central air conditioner / Heating) *If you require anything, please don't hesitate to ask! Guest access - Separate entrance located on the right side of the driveway - Well Lit & No steps Required. The entrance lobby led to the private unit. The host may use the shared lobby for access to the laundry or garage door. - Guests have access to the entire private suite in the lower level. Note: Laundry is not offered at the moment as our arrangement for guest is short term only. Other things to note The home should be left in the same neat and tidy condition as it was prior to your arrival. We welcome you to stay with us and enjoy it here in the Mississauga area! -No parties -Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am -Noise complaints are taken seriously. Please be considerate to neighbors. - The unit accommodate 5 guests max. -No unauthorized visitors/guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests. -Smoking inside of the home is strictly prohibited -Please remove your shoes -No pets as my kids are sensitive and has mild asthma -Late check-out fee: please note we charge $10 per hour for max $50 for latest check-out 4:00 PM. Need to be agreed before your booking.
