The apartment was delivered January 2022 and meets all the new standards in terms of comfort and security. Parking available under certain conditions*. The space The living space is divided between a luxury living room and a modern open plan kitchen. Living room furnished with high quality sofa and armchairs and equipped with a 65 inches smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar which can sit 4 people comfortably. Bedroom 1: King size bed, XL full height closet, 31 inches TV, access to the terrace furnished with a full seating area. Bedroom 2: queen size bed, full height closet. Both bedrooms have high quality linens and bedding. Full bathroom with walk in shower. INCLUDED AMENITIES - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and dryer all in one in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap. - Access to the building gym: for bookings over 28 nights EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (prices incl. VAT) - Parking: included in the booking for 7-day or longer stays. Please notify us in advance* - Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay. - Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay. - Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay. Please notify us at least 24h in advance. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. - Extra cleaning during stay: 80₪ per hour+20₪ transportation. 1 hour minimum. *PARKING CONDITIONS Parking is available and included under the following conditions: 1.⁠ ⁠A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. 2.⁠ ⁠Make sure to notify us at least 72h in advance that you will be using the parking. We need to book a briefing for you to learn how to operate the automated parking and where to park. Please note that the briefing can only take place on week days and during business hours (Sunday-Thurday 9am-4'30pm). 3.⁠ ⁠Kindly ensure that the height of your vehicle does not exceed 155 cm. 4. We will need the make and plate numbers of your car to guarantee your access to the parking. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Other things to note PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. The payment may be processed through a third party platform. - I reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
