Guest access The house is available to you including the terrace and yard area (excluding the two basement studio apartments that have their own entrances and no overlap within the main house). There are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom with a private bathroom and the half bath are on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and additional bathroom are upstairs. We are approximately 1 hour (35 miles) from Washington DC and 30 minutes from Dulles Airport and 20 minutes from The Plains and Marshall, VA.
