Family house overlooking a lake between Bordeaux and Saint Émilion, comprising 5 bedrooms, one with bathroom. See detailed description in the photos. Outside you will find a hot tub under a sheltered terrace. At the bottom of the garden of nearly 6000 m2, you can, if you wish, go to meet our sheep. They have enough to eat and drink, so there is no obligation. The space Semi-underground house with one floor. On the garden level/basement: a garage, a laundry/kitchenette, a toilet, a windowless bedroom and a master suite. On the ground floor/first floor: a living room with kitchen of 65 m2, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Non-smoking house. Guest access this is our main home. The house therefore remains as it is on a daily basis. Bed sheets, bath towels and pool towels, dish towels, tablecloths, soap, etc. are provided. Our pantries are therefore at your disposal. The point is to use them in a prudent and responsible manner. For example, if you finish the coffee, you buy it again before you leave. Other things to note The house is in the countryside but not isolated. In order not to upset our dear neighbors, please be sure to limit noise after 11 p.m.
