A recent and modern construction, designed with the highest standards without depriving any comfort and with attention to every detail. Its 4 bedrooms*, each with A/C and bathroom, can accommodate up to 16 people (Additional fee of 75 USD after 14 guests). The kitchen is first class, complemented by an excellent outdoor dining area with BBQ and tepanyaki. The social area is very nice overlooking the pool and mountains. Finally, there is the terrace with its incredible infinity pool and Jacuzzi**. *The house has a fifth bedroom that is not offered, does not appear in the photos and remains closed. **The Jacuzzi is NOT heated NO PARTIES OR LOUD EVENTS ALLOWED, the house is located in a family condominium, if you plan to party rent somewhere else. NO MUSIC OR NOISE AFTER 11 PM! Maximum Music Volume is 65 Db at day and 55 Db at night measured in the driveway. The condominium has a staff dedicated to enforcing these rules and FINES for violations of several minimum wages apply. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. The Mesa de Yeguas Club restricts guests' access to most of its services. This changes periodically. For more information, check with your Experience Manager or go to the front desk inside the condo. The house has a fifth bedroom that is not offered, does not appear in the photos and remains closed. Other things to note Employee service is not included in the reservation!. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 7 people and 2 if it is larger. They charge $100,000 per day, they will keep the house impeccable and they cook delicious food! Chef service is optional at an additional cost. Service is NOT optional. Please note that the airbnb cleaning fee and service employees fee are independent and different. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the house before your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The charge of housekeepers covers their work by attending to you during your stay and you pay them directly before leaving. You are expected to take your own market. It is a custom in our country that employees wont bring their own food and eat what they prepare so don't forget to bring enough for them too. PARTIES OR NOISY EVENTS are not ALLOWED, the house is located in a family condominium, if you plan to party rent somewhere else. NO MUSIC OR NO NOISE ALLOWED AFTER 11PM! The condominium has a dedicated staff to comply with these rules and FINES apply for violation of various minimum wages that may be deducted from your security deposit. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly. Welcome pets: We love pets! They can accompany you with prior authorization and an additional cost of $50 USD per pet, max 2 pets. Pet Guest Rules: We want you and your pets to enjoy your stay, which is why we ask you to keep these rules in mind: 1. To keep the pool in perfect condition for all, puppies are not permitted to enter it. 2. To take care of the furniture and ensure the comfort of all guests, dogs are not allowed to climb on the sofas or beds. 3. Help us keep the space clean by picking up your pet's needs. 4. If any damage occurs, it will be necessary to cover the cost of repair. 5. Coexistence is key: your pet must be friendly with the staff who will assist them during their stay. 6.
