No eating or drinking in bedrooms and pool area. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Trash should be emptied and must be placed in bags and deposited in the Garbage Container in the front yard. Your last load of dishes should be loaded and started when you leave. Sheets should be removed from beds that were slept in and stacked on the top of the washer with that dirty towels. Any spills should be cleaned and dealt with right away. We want you and your family to have fun and be safe. Please keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony. All doors to the pool and sauna area should remain locked when no adult supervised. Children must be supervised by adults in the pool and sauna area. Young children must always wear swim diapers in pool. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to close the windows and lock the door. Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Help us keep this beautiful home just that ...beautiful.
