I used to have long term tenants in there and transitioned it to a midterm rental with mainly traveling nurses, and have not had a chance to take professional pictures yet. But the first few pictures are current. This is perfect for any professional that is in town for a minimum of 30 days looking to stay in a prime location. The space This home was intentionally furnished for you to have a restful living experience. You will be given fresh set of clean towels :) Your bedroom and the house are accessible with code lock doors. TV is provided in the room with access to Netflix. The kitchen is a full functional kitchen, with a refrigerator and all the cooking basics. All we ask is for you to clean after yourself :) Plenty of parking in front of the house and driveway. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house, family room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Along with your own room with a digital lock. During your stay Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I am available and ready to help with anything that may come up. Other things to note This is a communal space with other professionals, mutual respect is a nonnegotiable. This is a drug free and nonsmoking place, no parties, no extra guests.
