Paved bike/walk path is just a few blocks away. Did both every day, including an early, safe morning run on path with other like-minded joggers. Amazing eats are in the neighborhood. Bike rentals available nearby. Walk to the grocery store and laundry if needed. Clean and stocked when we arrived. Abundant towels, linens, soap, kitchen prep items, coffee!! Hosts are attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we received the access codes for seamless arrival and super cool and useful digital guidebook with info on wifi and streaming access, and other great suggestions. Covered parking. Park the car and go. Great base for exploring all that surrounds--beaches, Ojai, Channel islands, and more.
