Lakefront accommodation with a pool

This peaceful home for the whole family offers lovely, long summer days with pool hangouts. The house is located in a quiet and natural area just over 20 minutes from Gothenburg and with only a 5-minute walk to the swimming area. Large plot with private parking, detached sauna, trampoline, swing set and soccer goal. The space The house is a one-story house with a furnished bedroom in the basement that has a single bed but with room for extra mattresses. In the master bedroom, there is a double bed and work corner as well as two smaller bedrooms, one of which has a single bed and the other a pull-out double bed. The kitchen and dining area are open and bright with direct access to the terrace and pool area. In the living room, you will find a smaller dining area as well as a sofa group and TV. The TV bench has lots of games and there's also a Playstation with controllers if the sun isn't shining. From the living room, you go out to the upper terrace area where there is a barbecue and dining area. The property has two bathrooms; one with shower and the other with bathtub/hot tub, as well as two stoves. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. The heated pool is 4x8m in size and in the storage box there are a variety of pool toys. There's also an outdoor shower next to the pool with hot water if the sun has heated it up. The pool is open from May to September. On the property, there is also a wood-fired sauna (associated wood is in the boxes outside the sauna), a swing set with a friend swing and a trampoline that can be used without shoes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the attic, the cellar and the detached storage room on the property. Other things to note A nice and rather shy outdoor cat may be living in the house at the time of rental
