Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and the small private garden, furnished with a BBQ, dining table, and deckchairs. Entrance and Parking: The property is fully fenced. Access is via a motorized gate, for which we will provide you with a remote control upon your arrival. Inside there is ample free parking in the garden. Swimming pool and Park: You can enjoy the saltwater swimming pool (open from April to October, with a diatom filter for pure and crystal clear water) and almost one hectare of greenery (7500 square meters). These spaces are shared with a few other guests, but the size of the property guarantees everyone privacy and plenty of space. The pool area includes solar showers and a covered porch with a relaxation area and toilet dedicated to the three accommodations. Relaxation and Nature: The park offers paths to walk among the centuries-old olive trees, benches, pergolas and private corners for your moments of quiet, with deckchairs and sun loungers available to all guests. Technology and Laundry: TV and fast Wi-Fi available both in the house and throughout the garden area. The washing machine and dryer are located at the hosts' home (on the same property), with free use included twice a week. The water in our pool is saltwater (with a lower chlorine content) and treated with diatom filters for superior purity and greater comfort for the skin. Separate Waste Collection: We kindly ask you to help us respect the environment and municipal rules by scrupulously following the instructions for separate waste collection in the house manual.
