This 40 m2 accommodation is composed of a large living room with kitchen area overlooking a 15 m² covered terrace and a 150 m² garden, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. It has a TV area with Netflix, GoTV and BEIN. Fully equipped, and with a sofa bed, it is ideal for 2–4 people. Other things to note The accommodation is adjoining our main home but separated by a 2 m high fence. So there is no direct view. We have 3 children aged 10, 12 and 16 who are generally quite discreet.
