A portable air conditioning unit is available at this property, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. The bunk bed in the second bedroom is suitable for  small children only. The WC is separate from the bathroom. Please note, the fireplace in the living room is purely decorative. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties!
