The included spaces on the main level boost a kitchen, dining room, livingroom, desk and a 2 piece bathroom. The deck out back can also be used if you like. Other things to note The neighborhood is great, there are a couple of playgrounds and a park nearby. This is a pet friendly place, but there is a pet deposit of $175.00. No more than 2 pets and there are restrictions on the breed type per the HOA. Please reach out to me before booking to confirm your pet is eligible. No fur babies on furniture or beds, if at all possible limit your pet to main level only. Thank you
