House, terrace, garden and mini sea view

With a small sea view, our house is located in the village of Locquénolé, close to Carantec and its beaches, Morlaix, a playground, hiking trails (GR34) and the forest. House renovated in 2020, about 110 m2, suitable for a family with children, it has 4 bedrooms, a terrace on stilts facing south with a wooded garden. We live in this house year-round. No pets and no smokers in the house. The space 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms upstairs and one master bedroom on the ground floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for a small enclosed room where our personal belongings are located. Other things to note Linens are not provided except on request in exchange for an additional fee of 5 euros per person.
