Unit 509 at the Summit is a beautifully decorated three bedroom three bath condo. Once you set foot in this condo you will not want to leave. The unit overlooks Coffeen Nature Park and Topsail State Park with unparalleled panoramic gulf views! Short walk to the beach. The space This newly renovated condo is in the renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort in the Miramar Beach area of the Emerald Coast! Unit 509 at the Summit offers a master suite with a king size bed and 55 inch flat screen TV. The guest bedroom houses a queen size bed with a 55 inch flat screen TV as well. There is an additional master suite as well with a full size bath. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for extra accommodations. The living room, dining and kitchen area have an easy open floorplan. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the necessities for entertainment. The dining area has seating for 6 people and there are two barstools for extra seating. There is a stackable full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The condo is a short walk to the beach. Tops'l also offers a tram service for a quick ride to the beach. This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises. Beachside Retreats is an independent property management company contracted directly by the owner to manage vacation rental reservations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the resort. Professionally managed by Beachside Retreats, located just minutes away and available by phone, text, or email throughout your stay. Other things to note This resort does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises. We have provided you with a startup set of necessities (bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing packs). If further supplies are needed it is up to the guest to provide them. All linens and towels are provided for use inside the vacation rental. Do not take towels to the pool or beach.
