The space The property The apartments are located in a building in the historic center of Alba, a short walk from Via Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza Risorgimento, where the Duomo is located. The building, dating back to the mid-1800s, has been renovated with the latest techniques to offer those who will stay the maximum living comfort: optimal air quality with the VMC system for automatic air exchange, an air conditioning system with a high heating and cooling capacity of the rooms obtained with maximum silence (Vector Control technology), a complete thermal insulation of the building that means greater thermal well-being, reduced humidity and less noise pollution inside the apartments. The renovation was completed in July 2023 and attention was paid to the smallest details, not only from the point of view of living comfort but also from the point of view of design and the quality of furnishings and lighting. In addition, in some walls of the apartment the old original walls made of stones and bricks have been maintained, which combined with the wooden roof with exposed beams, the bleached oak floor, the minimalist design of the furnishings and the particular lighting designed, create truly exclusive environments. From the street, you can access the property through a pedestrian gate using a personal numeric code (apartment code) to be typed on the keypad to the left of the entrance. All the double beds in the apartments are complete with orthopedic bases, mattresses with pocket springs in seven different areas and memory foam pillows for optimal rest; in addition, each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower, accessible directly from the bedroom itself. The apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi and each bedroom has a 42” smart TV In the courtyard of the property, separated from the street by a minimalist Corten gate, there are 2 parking spaces for the exclusive use of the apartments. The Canopo apartment Upon entering the apartment, you will find a living area with 2 large windows overlooking the internal courtyard. Here you will find a 107 cm round table (mod. Tulip design A. Saarinen) complete with 4 chairs (mod. Fourmi design A. Jacobsen) suitable for eating for 4 people and a sofa. This room turns into a perfect bedroom simply by opening the foldaway double bed built into the wall. The sofa will automatically adapt and the back of the sofa will disappear under the bed floor. (N.B. the folding bed has a slowed safety mechanism that allows it to go down and up very easily) in addition, despite being a folding bed, it maintains the same characteristics as the other beds in the 2 rooms, this is to offer all the occupants of the apartment the same quality of sleep. The bathroom with shower is located exactly behind the wall of the bed, so it is directly accessible from the bedroom.
