Country Studio Unit A 20 min SMF & UCDavis Campus

We have wonderful views of the Napa, Berryessa and Capay Valley mountain ranges. We’re surrounded by almond tree orchards and have a secluded backyard where stargazing is a must. We’re 30 minutes from Cache Creek Casino. 10-15 minutes from UC Davis, 20 minutes to SMF and 25-30 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Please refer to my guidebook for our local favorites! Cheers! The space Our studio has its own keyless entry, a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette that includes a mini size refrigerator, microwave, single k cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee & tea. The bathroom is like you’d find in NY. It’s small, but better than no private bathroom. We only had 1/2 inch leftover, so it cozy! This unit was originally built in 1952. In 2018 we decided to split the building and convert it into 2 studio units. The neighboring unit is furished with a full kitchen. The backyard is available to enjoy a swim during season or a football or baseball game on the outside TV. Enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine by the fire or sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset and star filled skies. We live on the property in the main house and are always excited to meet our guests, were always available if needed. Cheers! Guest access As we live on site and have multiple units on this property, we like to have guests reserve the pool. This allows guests to have privacy as well as us as homeowners. The outside kitchen area is our private space, however we do have a guest area that includes table under a pergola and a BBQ with utensils. This space is located in the backyard by the pool. Other things to note I do my best to provide a relaxing comfortable space and this includes being sensitivity to people who have issues fragrances, plug ins, etc. All linens and towels are washed in tide, oxy clean, or bleach and downy. Please notify me upon booking or within 72 hours of arrival for non scented linens.
