The floors of the apartment are tiled, in the 2nd bedroom is carpet. The apartment sleeps 4 people overall. If required, we can also provide you with a travel cot and a high chair for infants. From the spacious hallway with wardrobe and shoe rack, you can easily reach all rooms of your apartment. The bright and Italian-style living/dining room has a separate seating area with comfortable couch, coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sideboards. From the living room you have direct access to the approximately 10 m², sunny and covered terrace (facing south) with teak wood furniture, a beach chair, sun loungers and additional lawn - here you sit relaxed and cozy in the countryside and can enjoy the warm summer nights with a good glass of wine! In addition to the entrance area, there is a second smaller terrace with 2 chairs and a small table. For your entertainment, the apartment has two modern flat-screen TVs (in the living room and the second bedroom) and a radio. The separate and very spacious kitchen includes a dining area with 4 chairs as well as a fully equipped fitted kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and hand mixer. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots. The bright, friendly and very spacious 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfy double bed, bedside tables and spacious closet and also offers direct access to the terrace. The very spacious and separate 2nd bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a small sitting area with 2 comfortable wicker chairs and a small table. For your entertainment, another modern TV set is available here. The high quality tiled and large bathroom has a bathtub as well as a separate shower with low entry (seniors friendly!) and real glass door, sink, a towel radiator and ample storage facilities. The separate toilet is accessible from the hallway. You can store your shoes and jackets in the large cloakroom in the entrance area of the apartment. A common (coin)washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement of the residence and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car for free on the car underground parking space belonging to your apartment. Attention: this is a double parking system with a maximum height of 1.75 m! If this parking space is too low for your car, we recommend the public car park in Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße (approx. 500 m). Your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle cellar of the residence. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental in the immediate vicinity of your residence if you are interested. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
