"Saige's Hideaway" **Renovated Barn** in Old Town

Please read through the whole description before messaging with questions! "Saiges Hideaway" is fully remodeled vintage Barn nestled in the Heart of Old Town Clovis. Equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect from a 5 star short term stay, this adorable property features a full kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower, and designer touches that will make your stay one to remember! Walking distance to Old Town farmers market, restaurants, shopping, and quick freeway access! The space The Barn is BEHIND THE LARGE 2-STORY GRAY HOUSE on Pollasky Ave. It is a studio apartment located on top of the garage. It is not a shared space, but the barn is located on the same property as the house. There is a fence that splits the backyard in half so our guests can have their own outdoor spaces. There is a barbeque that is shared, located in the backyard of the big house. We do provide a washer and dryer as well as supplies for the unit in the garage. This unit can sleep 2 people as it is equipped with a queen size bed. You are welcome to bring infants, however we do not provide cribs or Pack-n-Plays. We do not recommend small children stay at this unit due to safety concerns. Guest access The parking for this unit is located on the west side of the property, in the alley. Our guests are also welcome to park in the garage underneath the unit. Early check in or late checkout can be accomodated upon request - it will be an extra 39$ fee. Other things to note Extra instructions are located in our guest manual, which can be found upon booking! We welcome any questions before your check-in date to avoid any issues or confusion, and we also provide an extensive house manual with all the ins and outs of the unit for your convenience! Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If you would like an early check in or late checkout, you need to request it through the messaging strand with our staff, it is an extra $39 dollar fee for each request. Airbnb does not alert us if you have requested to change your check in time through the booking details, so we will not be aware of it and will not be able to honor it if you do not confirm with us and pay the fees prior to check in. After Hours: 9pm-6am are our "after hours" and no one will be available to assist you if something goes wrong. Please check in between the hours of 4pm- 9pm, and let us know if you need anything! Additionally, if you do not abide by the check-in time frame and are unable to access the unit after hours, we will not be providing any sort of compensation or refund for that night.
