The space The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a wonderful open plan living area with fully integrated kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/bath. The second bedroom is a double and the main bathroom is spacious with a bath/shower. Both beds have cosy electric blankets during the colder months which add that extra touch of luxury. Guest access Guests have the entire use of the apartment during their stay. The communal access to the building is via a key code and a safe deposit box at the property contains the keys. Full instructions will be sent prior to your stay Other things to note There are two steps to enter the residential block and the apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs or a lift. There is an outside terrace, however no access is allowed due to communal regulations. The apartment is located in the centre of Bath where you can enjoy the buzz of this vibrant city. There maybe some normal city noise from the pedestrianised area outside, however the apartment is well insulated and very secure. Children over 8 years are welcome. There is no parking in central Bath, however Southgate underground parking is 5 minutes walk. You can pay by the hour or 24 hour rate is £18. Alternatively, it may be worth checking 'Just Park' for local spaces to rent. Please also note that you are not able to enter the centre of Bath between 10am and 6pm so you cannot drive and park outside the apartment to unload. The nearest places are the loading bays on Westgate Buildings or outside the Gainsborough Hotel. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station
