Welcome to Reserva del Mar, a brand new apartment complex with amazing amenities. Our clean, sunny, and private apartment has excellent views of the surrounding mountains, two bedrooms with en-suite baths, and a great kitchen. We are located at Playa Salguero, five minutes to El Rodadero beach, and 15 minutes from Simón Bolívar International Airport. Our clean, sunny apartment has great views of the mountains surrounding Santa Marta. It is located on an upper floor of the building, at the end of the hall, providing privacy during your stay. We have a chef's kitchen, and a very comfortable seating area in the living room. Our bedrooms each have one full and one twin bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. We are happy to put the beds together, to create a king-bed experience, or leave them apart to fit additional guests. Our apartment has air conditioning, and is always the right temperature to find comfort during your stay. Reserva del Mar is an amazing building complex, filled with great amenities for the whole family. On site, there are three pools, hot tubs, bbq areas, a soccer field, gym, kids play area and water park, restaurants, office space, private beach with umbrellas, chairs, tables, food and drinks, and so much more. Guests will have access to all of the building's amenities during their stay. We provide a 10% discount for reservations longer than one week, 15% for reservations longer than two weeks, and 20% for longer than one month. Upon arrival to the property, all guests will be required to purchase a bracelet for use of the shared amenities. The cost of each bracelet is $50,000 COP, or approximately $10 USD. We offer free parking for one car on site. If you plan to bring a car, please let us know so that we can register you. We are available as needed, on the phone or in person, but we respect your privacy while you are with us. We have an on-site manager who is available 24 hours. Our manager can help you with concierge services, such as groceries, lunch, cooking, cleaning, transportation, local reservations, and more. Our beach is nice and relaxing, never crowded, with comfortable chairs, umbrellas, and food service. We can assist with setting up transportation to and from the airport, as well as throughout your stay. We offer free parking for one car on site.
