Forest Park is a very safe, vibrant and diverse suburb of Chicago. You will be within walking distance of many different restaurants, boutiques, bars, parks, and public transit. The space This is an apartment in an old building with small bedrooms, small but functional kitchen, larger living / dining area and a good size bathroom. For everyone’s safety this property has eight security cameras. Three by the front doors two on the north side, one in the back yard, one in the rear porch and one in the ground level laundry area. Also keep in mind this is an old building and noise travels well within it. If you are looking for a quiet building this is not the best choice. Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note Please when you check in give me your car information - year, make, model, color and plate number with state of issuance so I can get you an over night street parking permit. Once I register your car there is nothing to display but please park on the street ONLY, in front of the home or as close as possible and make sure not to block any fire hydrants, driveways or yellow curb and of course observe any and all signs because we can’t be responsible for any tickets issued.
