The primary suite has a smart toilet/bidet and large walk in shower. There is a king bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. The second room has a queen bed and desk area for work. The second bathroom has a large shower. Both bedrooms have blackout shades. The blinds in the common area are operated with a remote as they are motorized. There is a wine refrigerator in the kitchen. The laundry room has beach chairs, beach tarp, cooler, cart to easily transport beach items. The router to the internet is in the living room, where you will find a 65 inch smart tv, sofa, lounge chair, swivel chair, coffee table and local pottery. Tile throughout and an irobot to easy sweep up the beach sand is plugged into the wall in the laundry room. The pool area is lush and includes a swim up bar. Lots of seats in the common area.
