Gumbya World, Philip Island Wildlife Park, and Koo Wee Rup are just a few of the nearby attractions in the area. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is located behind the woodshed, with stunning views of the 65-acre greenery and plenty of room for a fire pit. All with easy access to water, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home located just 50 metres away — Hunters Cottage Farm Stay — available with 24 hours' notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas. - Bring your own firewood or buy firewood from the local gas stations - 5 mins from the property - Good signal for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone while there is no signal for both 2degrees and Spark - Quad bikes available for rent (for a fee). Please arrange with the land host before check-in to prepare. NB: Liability waiver documents from the land host must be signed before riding and a full tank of fuel will be provided. Other things to note - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside or outside the tiny house - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits available, except if there is a total fire ban - Please exercise caution when walking through long grass or riding quad bikes - Shared compost and recycling bins are provided to dispose of rubbish properly - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
