Charming cottage set in 12 1/2 acres with Hot Tub

The attached cottage is set in 12 1/2 beautiful acres of peaceful Sussex countryside. There is a private drive with space for 2 cars. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large oak table. The cosy lounge has ample seating, including a double sofa bed, wood burner and TV. There are two double bedrooms. It has a fenced garden with ample seating , a BBQ, and Hot Tub (seasonal charges apply). The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks. The space The property was built in 1910. It’s an Edwardian cottage that was previously used by the housekeeper to the main Arts and Crafts house, which is next door. The cosy cottage has its own private garden opposite the front of the house. It is located in beautiful grounds, which provides the upmost in peaceful relaxation. The cottage has been modernised to a good standard. It’s suitable for both families and couples alike, who are wanting to get away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life. It has lots of creature comforts, including a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings and a Hot Tub. Guest access The whole cottage and cottage garden, including Hot Tub. No guest access to wider grounds. Dogs are welcome £15 each, ( maximum of 2), please notify by editing the guest button to request dog(s). The hot tub incurs seasonal charges from 1 Oct-31 May. The charge is £20 per day. Other things to note Guests have access to the private cottage garden. There is no guest access to the wider grounds. Dogs must be on the lead outside the cottage garden at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs in the bedrooms. If you require linen for the sofa bed please request at least 48 hours in advance. The hot tub is checked daily and any breakages or damage will be charged for. The hot tub incurs Autumn/Winter seasonal charges from 1 Oct-31 May. Please allow at least 48 hours notice to request and pay for the hot tub during this time to enable the tub to be ready for your stay. The charge is £20 per day. If you require logs for the wood burner or BBQ coals, please request them at least 24 hours in advance so we can source some for you at cost. Our own logs are not suitable for the wood burner in the cottage.
