Loft at No.3 Just 5 mins walk to beach, cafe, pubs

The Loft at No.3 is on the South coast of England, in the seaside village of East Preston, located between Arundel and Worthing. The loft is a private room and separate shower, with a shared front door hall / lobby entrance. It is a 5-8 min walk to the pebble beach, local cafes, restaurants, convenience store and pubs. A larger supermarket is 10 min drive away. The South Downs, Littlehampton, Arundel, Brighton, Goodwood, Chichester and Portsmouth are between 15 - 50mins drive away. The space Guest accommodation is a light and spacious newly converted loft room, on the first floor of a bungalow. Please note that it is not suitable for children under 6 yrs. It has a comfy king-size bed with cotton bedding, a wall hung smart tv, (don't forget your Netflix code!) a small sofa, a kitchenette area with a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, (but no oven or hob) and a dining area. The left hand side of the room has a sloping ceiling, under which, there is a standard single bed if you require it. Next to the main bedroom there is a private shower room and lavatory for your sole use. (There is also another small bedroom on the same floor, but this is not used by anyone whilst guests are staying) Please message me if you have any queries Guest access Guests access the loft accommodation through a shared front door, into a lobby, then upstairs to the first floor. I live in the house but my accommodation is separate, behind the lobby door, on the ground floor. Guests have access to free unrestricted on road parking. During your stay I am happy to meet face to face and keep in touch via text message or Whatsap. Any issues, I’ll do my best to try and help. Other things to note Please note that I have a small dog. She will not have access to your accommodation. She is friendly and generally very quiet but she may bark if she hears you or the postman at the front door. She will be behind the lobby door (apart from when I’m taking her out) and not by the door when you’re coming in or leaving. Not suitable for children under 6yrs. Please note that I do not provide breakfast every day but I will provide some basics of tea, coffee, milk to welcome you. Beach towels, cool bag and picnic mat provided
