The house has two floors, there is A/C on each one, a huge dining room and a fabulous terrace facing the sea. The space House of 480 m2, on the first floor they have 140 m2 There is A/C on both floors and new fans on the ceiling of each room (wonderful). (hallway, toilet, bedroom, kitchen and dining room) 2nd floor 90 m2 (hallway, 3 bedrooms 2 with access to a large terrace, and 2 bathrooms) the remaining 250 m2 are garden, the pool measures 8m long by 4.5m wide. The house is in a residential area where there is always parking. On the main floor, there is a large hall, a nice toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, and a dining room. The bedroom has a built-in closet and direct exit to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a pantry and exit to a terrace where there is a beautiful olive tree and you will enjoy relaxing ocean views. There is a nice table to eat together. The dining room consists of two areas: an area with a sofa and television to relax a little, and an area with a table to eat together. It has A/C, large windows that let in the sun all day, and direct access to the garden. On the 1st floor, there is another hall, a full bathroom, two double bedrooms, and a suite bedroom with a bathroom and a beautiful shower. A double room and the suite have direct access to a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can have a quiet coffee in the mornings. The garden has different spaces: from the dining room you can access a terrace with a bench to sit, see the sea and spend a romantic moment. From there, stairs lead down to the pool. In the pool area, there is a porch with sofas, a dining table, a counter with a full sink, and a refrigerator for your soft drinks, beers, or ice for a good gin and tonic at night. An ideal place to see the sea and linger after meals while watching the sunset. This space also has a barbecue. In the pool area, there are other stairs that lead to a small intimate garden where you can sit, read or relax. Come and spend an unforgettable vacation. We look forward to seeing you!
