The space The space is bright and airy, with concrete floors and open plan kitchen, living and dining, overlooking a back deck with private garden. There are two bedrooms including: - Master with king bed, TV, air-con, walk-in-robe and ensuite. - Second bedroom with two single beds and fan. The main bathroom includes bath and laundry, with washer and dryer, plus Koala Eco products throughout. The kitchen is stocked with amenities and basic pantry supplies, including Nespresso machine, coffee pods and a selection of teas. The living area has air-con, TV with Netflix plus board games to keep you entertained on a rare rainy day. A workspace with monitor, including USB-C connection, is available for those wishing to work remotely. Enjoy coastal breezes from the back deck and glimpses of the Maroochy River with a large table and BBQ for outdoor dining. Guest access Guests have access to a private undercover carport and can enjoy full use of Sebel resort facilities, including pool and lagoon. In close proximity the Novotel resort includes restaurant/bars and lagoon activities (including kayaks, stand-up-paddle-boards and hobie cats).
