The property is located in the College Hill and very close to downtown Providence. It is a friendly and semi quiet neighborhood, so please expect some noise from the street. It is not a full soundproofed property. Camera Disclosure: We have two, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance of the building and the unit entrance which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device on 1st floor which actively records noise decibel levels and recreational smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All cameras are on the exterior of the property and in no way, shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation, enforce fines and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules. Guest access We provide our guests with contactless self check in with access to the entire house. Other things to note IMPORTANT**PLEASE READ** PARKING: Please park in your dedicated parking space ONLY. Street parking is only for permit holders so you will get a ticket if left overnight. ACCESSIBILITY: There is one staircase to navigate from the entrance to the unit. STREET SWEEPING: Every Sunday night (10:30pm-7 am). Please DO NOT park on street every Sunday night to avoid parking ticket. Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any. STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & semi-quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No outside gatherings allowed after 10PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
