Newly-built holiday home with 9 beds spread over two houses. The main building is only 4 years old. Natural plot of 2000 sqm with lake view towards Kudoxafjärden and Rödlöga in the east. 150 meters to swimming in a secluded location with a large sandbank and about 300 meters down to Byfladen. Each building is surrounded by a large terrace with lovely stairs to sit on throughout the day. Large dining table for 8-10 people, barbecue and sun beds. Trampoline and various garden games on site. The space Main building: Open-plan living room and kitchen with double ceiling height and sea views to the east. The generous balcony frames the house and is accessed from three different directions; living room, kitchen and hall. From the living room, you step straight out onto the terrace with a barbecue and dining table next to it. In the living room there is a sofa set and TV (with AppleTV) as well as a dining table for 8 people. Kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, stove, combined oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and mixer. Water from own well. Fully tiled bathroom with shower, sink and combustion toilet. Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with double bed of 180 cm and wardrobes Bedroom 2 - bed 140 cm Bedroom 3 - family bed (lower bunk 120 cm and upper bunk 80 cm) Guest house Large and bright bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm). Refrigerator, microwave and stove. Sleeping alcove with family bed (lower bed 120 cm and upper bed 80 cm) Large terrace surrounding two of the house's sides with fantastic morning and evening sun. OTHER Free Wi-Fi High chair and crib (travel bed) and stroller can be borrowed if required. There is no store on Söderöra but for a few weeks in July, Café Bönan is open for coffee and ice cream. Families on Söderöra help run the café. The largest, nearest island is Blidö. There is a well-stocked ICA supermarket, pharmacy and Systembolaget liquor store, as well as a soccer field, paddle tennis courts, mini golf, bakery, Italian ice cream bar, cinema, inn and several swimming areas. Söderöra is reached from the harbor Bromskär, on Blidö's eastern side by tour boat. The nice summer town of Norrtälje is 40 km away. Don't miss a visit to the renowned Högmarsö with Roslagen's best tavern in an exciting harbor environment or Rödlöga in the beautiful outer archipelago. DIRECTIONS: The house is located on the island of Söderöra. Either you go by car to Bromskär on Östra Blidö where you take a tour boat (Waxholmsbolaget) over to Söderöras steamboat jetty, an approximately 5-minute boat ride. Another option is to take one of Waxholmsbolaget's archipelago boats (Sjögull, Sjöbris, Yxlan) from Stockholm's beach quay, Furusund or Östernäs. Söderöras steamboat jetty is about a 15-minute walk from the property. Bicycle carts are available to transport luggage. Guest access Entire Home. Other things to note The tap water should not be drunk but can be used for showering, washing dishes and washing. Drinking water is delivered in a separate can.
