It’s a small space, but has everything you need: a clean, simple place to rest with your own kitchen and private bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC. Fans only. Easy access to Route Taxi, InDriver, and Uber all day long. Need a bit more space, a balcony, or AC? Ask about our other listings. The space Our family-owned guesthouse in Montego Bay offers selfcatering units with private bathrooms and kitchens. THE PALMS offers: Kitchen: Equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and basic utensils. The Room: Spacious wardrobe, cozy table and chairs, and a comfy queen-sized bed. A fan keeps you cool, there is No AC. Entertainment: TV with Netflix for your downtime Bathroom: Private with hot water shower, toilet, vanity, and sink. Note: there is no air conditioning or balcony, but enjoy our beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing in sun or shade. Ideal for a laid-back, authentic Jamaican stay! Guest access Enjoy the privacy of your own apartment, with no sharing. While the yard and outdoor spaces are shared with us and other guests, you'll have enough space to relax and unwind. Our property is a tropical oasis, featuring a variety of flowers and fruit trees. Depending on the season, you'll be able to taste the fresh flavors of these delicious fruits. Additional amenities include: - Adult outdoor swing - Multiple outdoor relaxation spaces - Laundry washing service for $1000 a load. - Double sinks outside for hand-washing clothes - Clotheslines in the back for drying Other things to note Island Life Expectations While staying with us in Jamaica, here are a few things to note: Nature: We’re surrounded by lush greenery, so you may occasionally notice insects. We keep the space clean and bugfree as much as possible. Please help by storing food properly. Water: From time to time, the public supply may be disrupted. A backup system is in place for the kitchen and bathroom, though pressure may be lighter. Power: Outages are uncommon but can happen. Flashlights are provided, and WiFi usually reconnects quickly. These are occasional parts of island life and beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the authentic Jamaican experience. 🌴
