Our garden flat is tucked away in a leafy location on the edge of Bath and enjoys stunning countryside views across the valley below. We are a 10 minute walk away from a great local pub serving good food. On our doorstep there are good local walks and we are within easy reach to the centre of Bath. The property has access to a private garden area to enjoy the peace and tranquility and take in the views. Car parking is free and is outside the flat and behind secure gates. Dogs are welcome. The space This fully self contained one bedroom garden flat has its own private entrance beside the gated driveway to the property. On entry there is a generous living/dining/sitting room looking out onto its garden patio. The bathroom has a large free standing bath and spacious walk-in shower. The large double bedroom has a king sized bed with fresh cotton bedding and there is a second large TV to enjoy. A folding bed and travel cot are provided for families. Guest access Immediately in front of the garden flat there is a terrace for sitting out, easy access to a private garden area for pets and a seating to soak up the view. Other things to note Please note that this is a self contained apartment with all facilities provided and the nearest Co-Op is a 20min walk away.
