This barndominium has everything you need to get away and relax for a while. You'll love this unique escape! Catch and release farm tank, beautiful sun rise & sun sets, and additional pens that you can stall your horses for horseback riding on the ranch. Bring your 4 wheeler or just come to relax and be romantic! The space Only toilet paper can be flushed. No food or debris down kitchen sink. No smoking nor e-cigarette. Guest above 10 will have an extra charge. 1 pet is allowed with extra fee. bottom floor can sleep up to 4 people. up stairs can sleep 10. The host can accommodate extra guests and/or RV hook-ups on location, at a separate charge. no cable TV but all tvs are smart and you can mirror you favorite device or use an app like prime, Hulu etc. There is a gas stove, oven, and outside propane grill. There is a smart controlled A/C and WiFi strong enough to stream movies. Smart TVs are installed in the den, bedroom, and porch. Guest access Guests are able to access the bottom floor as well as the top floor and the porch. RV hookups are available for rent Other things to note If we have enough prior notice (ideally - about a month or more), we can help connect you with people that offer a guided fishing trip at Possum Kingdom Lake and/or set up a hunting lease for animals (in season) in the Stephens County area.
