The host can accommodate extra guests and/or RV hook-ups on location, at a separate charge. no cable TV but all tvs are smart and you can mirror you favorite device or use an app like prime, Hulu etc. There is a gas stove, oven, and outside propane grill. There is a smart controlled A/C and WiFi strong enough to stream movies. Smart TVs are installed in the den, bedroom, and porch.
