Guess has access to dinning room, kitchen, patio area and fire pit. I live in the house and can assist with any questions that may come up. However, sometimes I will not be home and you will have whole place to yourself. Neighborhood is safe and lots of people walking throughout the day. 10-15 mins from all attractions that the city has to offer without living in the city. Parking is off street parking.
