GreSi's home is a lovely and cozy apartment, completely renovated. Its privileged location in the medieval historic center of Tivoli will allow you to visit the beauties of our city on foot. From one of the main squares of Tivoli, Piazza Rivarola, you can reach the apartment located within the ZTL (restricted traffic zone at set times). You can park your car at the Massimo multi-storey parking lot 350 meters away at affordable rates. The space A short flight of stairs will lead you to the apartment, which is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The apartment has a living room with Smart TV, sofa, dining table with chairs, air conditioner with heating and cooling system. The small kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. For your breakfast you will have a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. You will also find everything you need to prepare simple dishes during your stay. Through some steps you can access the upper floor where there is a cozy bedroom and a small but functional bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed with a comfortable mattress consisting of 5 layers of Memory and Water Foam of different densities with Aloe Vera coating, the pillows are in Memory Foam. The room features a Smart TV and air conditioner with heating and cooling system. The bathroom has a shower and an exhaust fan. Towels, hand soap, shower shampoo in dispensers and hairdryer are provided. The furnishings of all the rooms are brand new, each window has a mosquito net and you will also have a convenient washer-dryer at your disposal. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the apartment. In the immediate vicinity you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, a pharmacy, mini market and supermarket. Villa Gregoriana Park, protected and managed by FAI, is a natural wonder full of vegetation, caves and waterfalls. It is 290 meters from the apartment and can be reached by crossing the Gregorian Bridge from which you can admire the beautiful waterfalls and the ancient acropolis of Tivoli with the Temple of Vesta and the Temple of the Sibyl. Villa d'Este, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001, represents a masterpiece with its splendid gardens, fountains, nymphaea, caves and water games and can be reached on foot with a pleasant 10-minute walk.
