Cozy beach house steps From the sand. (20 steps to the sand) Make it your home away from home. We offer everything you need to enjoy yourself while you’re at the beach. Beach chairs, Umbrellas, boogie boards and Sand toys for the kids. Across the street is the marina with the restaurants and shops. The space It is a free standing, 2 story home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths down stairs and a bedroom, bath, kitchen, family room, dining area and outside patio up stairs. There are ocean views from the patio, family room and one of the down stairs bedrooms. We have laundry facilities available. Guest access The property has a carport, plus 3 spaces around the home. Plus there is free public in front of the home around the greenbelt. Other things to note This is a quiet beach community, walking distances to shops and restaurants. The beach has a sandy bottom with few rocks. There are volleyball courts on the beach and surfing and boogie boarding ideal for beginners. Registration Details STR-2025-0045
