The space Ideally located in the city center, this refurbished T2 is located on the 1st floor, without elevator, of a small condominium on the edge of the Quais de la Daurade. Make yourself at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with character designed to offer you a beautiful experience: The apartment is quiet and relaxing while being in the heart of the city center, its bars and restaurants. There you will find: A fully equipped open kitchenette with: - dishes and cooking utensils, - a fridge, - induction cooktop, - microwave, oven, - a Nespresso coffee machine, - a kettle, - a toaster, - a countertop, A cozy living room area with: - a 2-seater sofa, - a TV with public channels, - a dining table A beautiful bedroom overlooking its private bathroom with: - a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), - a storage closet, - a fan - bed linen provided, A functional bathroom with: - a shower, - a nice sink, - towel rail, - bathroom furniture, - Toilet - towels provided, The decor is as neat as it is studied to make you feel at home. Very high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ideal for teleworking. Guest access You can enjoy the entire place for the duration of your stay. To help you get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.). Other things to note We are available for our Guests every day, from 10am to 7pm (we are not reachable between 7pm and 10am, because we too, we like to rest a little). We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we sometimes do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn:) To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online registration (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. In particular, we will ask you for your identity documents, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Record and a written Agreement) and the security deposit imprint by bank card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab).
