We notify guests of these visits upon check in. ~CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. (PLEASE NOTE:) Natural Disasters do happen especially during hurricane season. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing trip insurance for this reason. ~EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: We can make accommodations, fees may be applied. ~SECURITY: We have 1 security camera at the front door for guest safety as well as ours.
