Charming apt in gated community w/ pool & security

Welcome! :) The space The apartment is located in the gated community Paseo las Cumbres, which belongs to the Paseo los Olivos II residential complex. There's 24 hs security. We are 10 minutes by car from the beach and from 5th Av. It is on the third floor, so you have to climb four small flights of stairs. About 30 meters away there is an avenue, from which there may be some car noise, especially during the day. But if you don't want to hear a lot of noise, you can close the windows and there wouldn't be such a problem. Since there is not so much vehicle traffic at night, there is not much noise, and you can rest. It has two bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan and closet: the first with a king size bed and the second with two single beds. In the main bedroom there is a small balcony where you can sit down to have a coffee and relax looking at the sky :). The living room has a double sofa bed, air conditioning and smart tv. The dining room has a comfortable table. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and well stocked, so you can cook like if you were at home. There is wifi throughout the apartment with 10 mbps speed. We have our own parking lot and a beautiful pool withing the gated community. About two blocks away, you'll find the minibuses that take you to downtown. One block away you will find an Oxxo store, and right in front of the Oxxo you will see that there are several food stalls that are set up at night. Right next to the pool there is a covered space where you can have your meetings. Leaving the gated community, you can take public transportation that passes two blocks away, on Avenida Colosio. If you do not want to take the "combis", we can provide you with numbers of taxi companies. If you come by car there is an exclusive parking space for you. There are also extra parking spaces for visitors.
