Centrally located from a bus stop connecting you to key destinations such as the University, City Centre, and Trafford Centre, The space Large Spacious Modern Amenities: Room 3 at M6 Guest House is thoughtfully designed and equipped with modern conveniences. Clean and tidy environment. Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the smart TV with Netflix in the room. with a dedicated workspace. Guest access Guests have access to a shared walk-in shower and toilet facilities, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Additionally, a communal kitchen is available, providing the perfect space to prepare your favourite meals and snacks. During your stay I will be available to answer any queries response time up to an hour or less I live 15 minutes away from the property I can visit property to sort out any issues if needed Other things to note *Payment of £100 refundable damage deposit and a photo of Government ID is required before check-in information is sent out.* Upon arrival, open the gate and check on your right for the key safe box. Key safe box code will be given to the lead guest when you room is ready . Please note that it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to throw any parties, invite additional guests or smoke/vap within the property.We all want guests to enjoy a pleasant environment at all times. If there is a strong smell left in the room when you have checked out .You will charged for deep cleaning required to get rid of the odour . Please also be mindful of noise levels out of respect for other guests in the other bedrooms. Breach of these rules could result in an immediate termination of your stay as well as a £250 fine and involvement of the local authorities. No smoking on the property Check-in is 17: 00 hours Check-out is 10 am Quiet time 23:00 hours to 09: 00hours Early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated however there are extra charges for this service. Please check with the Host/Property manager if your request can be accommodated. No extra guests are allowed except those on the booking Children 0-17 years old are not allowed in individual rooms Group of eight sharing or a family with children aged 2-17 are allowed.
