The Linnie Hawkins Suite at The Evanston is a completely furnished, private apartment in downtown Hot Springs. Our suites receive rave reviews from travel nurses and other professionals! LOCATION: Short walk (10-15 min) to VA Hospital and Veterans Home! Short walk to coffee, restaurants, and more. KITCHEN: Well-stocked with sharp knives, cookware, and more. RELAX: Use your streaming service on a 43" Roku TV. LAUNDRY: Complimentary shared laundry facility down the hall. - This apartment is on the second floor (about 30 steps up - those old buildings are tall!). - Enter from the front stairs. The entrance to your private apartment is from the common hallway upstairs. - Check yourself in with the keypad code provided to you on the day of your arrival. No host will be present. - Shared laundry on same floor. - Shared game closet and pool towels in the common hallway. There is plenty of free parking both in front of and behind The Evanston. You'll enter the building from the front door and go up the stairs (30 steps) to the second floor to access your private apartment from the hallway. You'll have access to a shared laundry room at the end of the hall. We will be available via phone, text, or AirBnb messaging but will generally not be available in-person. Centrally located in downtown Hot Springs, across from the old train depot. The VA hospital, veterans home, restaurants, coffee, hot springs, and more are within an easy walk! This suite is set up as a studio that SLEEPS ONE.
