Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 3 acres at the end of a cul du sac, where you can enjoy a very private location on a lake, only 6 miles from Minocqua. Open year round, the three bedrooms and three bathrooms gives you plenty of space. There are two kayaks, a canoe and paddle boat available for use. Come see the colors in autumn. For winter activities , it is a short distance to snowmobile trails or Winter Park. Come enjoy nature and relax at our lake house. The space The house is somewhat of an open concept. Living room, dining and kitchen are open, no dividing walls. There are two bedrooms off the living room dining area. One has an attached bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom next door to the second bedroom. That bathroom has a tub/shower. The third much larger bedroom is in the basement. You need to walk through the basement bathroom to get to the basement bedroom. The basement bathroom is equiped with a shower. There is a deck, patio, three season porch and small laundry area. Guest access Guest have access to most of the house and property. There is a section of the basement closed off to guests and one locked closet in one of the bathrooms. The large out building near the house is private and not for guests. Everything else is open for the guest’s use. Other things to note There are a lot of stairs to access the lake. We are, as of June 2025, working on a new pathway to the lake which we hope will be easier. We do not allow pets. Also because of the our location internet options are limited. Wi-Fi is a hotspot through AT&T.
