There are two bedrooms; one bedroom has a king size bed, the other has either a super king or two single beds. The kitchen has seating for 4 people with beans to cup coffee machine included. There is a living room with a dining area and a seating area for four with a TV with a BT box. WiFi throughout the house. The space Located in the centre of St Agnes, but in a quiet secluded location. Large garden with seating area for four people for your exclusive use. The garden has many different plants and flowers, but with plenty of area for children to run around. There is a small pond in the garden. Two bedrooms overlooking the front garden. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has either a super king or two single beds. The kitchen has a seating area around the central island with an additional window seat. There is an electric aga, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a beans to cup coffee machine. One bag of coffee beans and tea bags will be provided as will cooking oil, salt and pepper. The living room has a dining table and also a sitting area with a sofa two chairs and a TV with a BT box. There is free WiFi throughout the house. Guest access There is a washing machine available for your use if you arrange with myself. There is off street parking for two cars. Other things to note The house is not suitable for babies or very young children. There is a pond and the house has steep stairs.
