The studio is perfectly situated in walking distance of the law courts, Company Gardens and Long Street. The space Fully furnished 50m2 modern studio comprises of an open plan living area with a flat screen television and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has ample cupboard space and a comfortable queen sized bed with crisp white linen. The modern bathroom offers guests a large walk in shower. Guest access Guests enter the studio via the security/reception area of the complex, which is manned 24/7. The studio is located on the 3rd floor, which is reached by means of an elevator or three flights of stairs. The building is not affected by loadshedding with the elevators always being operational. Other things to note Noise: The apartment is positioned in close proximity to Long Street, which is a bustling road with many bars, clubs, cafés and restaurants, which will increase the noise levels drastically, especially on weekends and public holidays. If you are a light sleeper and noise sensitive this apartment may unfortunately not be the right fit for you. Parking: Parking is on street and generally readily available. Private parking can be arranged at an additional cost. Internet: The wifi is an uncapped fibre line. Television: The television is a flat-screen smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. Please note that guests are required to use their own login details. Refuse: Should you wish to discard your refuse there is a refuse room at the far end of the corridor. Blinds: Please note that the current blinds are not in optimal condition. New ones have been ordered and will be installed soon. Laundry: There are Snapscan operated washing machines and tumble dryers on the ground floor just above the security desk. Alternatively there is a laundromat outside the building, as you exit to your right. Servicing: The once off cleaning fee is for the pre and post clean of the apartment. For stays longer than seven days fresh bedding and towels will be dropped off. Should cleaning be required this can be arranged at an additional cost. Security: The access controlled complex has 24/7 security with CCTV cameras installed in the building's common areas. Check in/out: Due to same day check out and in’s the check in/out times are strictly from 3pm and 10am respectively. An early check in and late check out can be arranged at an additional charge should this be required.
